Product Introduction and Features
The basic components of fiberglass angle steel are resin and glass fiber (including cloth, felt, etc.). It is reinforced with fibers (including glass fiber, carbon fiber, organic fiber, and other metal and non-metal fibers), resin (mainly epoxy resin, polyester resin, phenolic resin) as the bonding agent, and other auxiliary materials (mainly mold release agent, curing agent, catalyst, sealing agent, UV light stabilizer, mold cleaning water, adhesive coating, etc.).
1. Relatively light in weight, with a specific gravity only one fourth that of steel.
2. Impact does not deform, has high tensile strength, bending strength, and impact toughness, with good strength.
3. Various acidic and alkaline substances have low damage values to fiberglass angle steel, suitable for various soils, and are not easily corroded.
4. Good designability, able to flexibly design various structural products according to needs to meet usage requirements, can make the product have good integrity.
5. Because fiberglass is lightweight, it reduces the weight of the supporting structure, making installation both economical and convenient.
6. Having excellent insulation materials to prevent leakage and good microwave transparency, it has been widely used in radar antenna covers.
