Product Introduction and Features

Fiberglass rectangular tube is made by pultrusion process. pultrusion process is an automated production process that uses continuous traction of traction devices to impregnate the reinforcing materials such as untwisted glass fiber rovings and felt on the yarn frame with adhesive solution. After passing through a heating mold with a fixed cross-sectional shape, it solidifies and forms in the mold, and achieves continuous demolding.
1 . Good dimensional stability
The thermosetting resin matrix undergoes cross-linking under heat during processing to form a network like structure. Its products have good dimensional stability under normal conditions, and the post shrinkage after molding is also small. The shape and size of the product change little under long-term continuous load, that is, the creep deformation is small.
2. Superior heat and high temperature resistance characteristics
Thermosetting resin based composite materials can no longer soften after curing, and their heat resistance is quite stable. Fiber reinforced thermosetting plastics are excellent insulation materials, ranging from 1/100 to 1/1000 of metals, and can be used as good insulation materials and instant high temperature resistant materials. The thermal deformation temperature of the material can reach 350 ℃.
3. Excellent electrical performance
Composite materials are excellent electrical insulation materials, and products made with mica as a filler have even better electrical properties. They can be used to manufacture special components with superior arc resistance, voltage resistance, and induced electrical properties. Due to the excellent electrical properties of composite materials, their products are free from electrochemical corrosion and stray current corrosion, and can be widely used to manufacture insulation components in instruments, motors, and electrical appliances, in order to improve the reliability of electrical equipment and extend its service life.
4. Excellent corrosion resistance
The electrochemical corrosion mechanism of resin based composite materials is different from that of ordinary steel. It is non-conductive and does not dissolve ions in dielectric solutions. Therefore, it has good chemical stability to atmospheric, water, and general concentrations of acids, bases, salts, and other media, especially in non oxidizing strong acids and media with a wide range of pH values. Therefore, it is widely used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant products for the corrosion of certain media that stainless steel cannot handle, such as hydrochloric acid, chlorine gas, carbon dioxide, dilute sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and sulfur dioxide, and has played a good role.
5. Good surface properties of fiberglass extruded profiles
When composite materials come into contact with chemical media, there is generally little corrosion or scaling on the surface. Therefore, they are commonly used to manufacture fluid pipelines, which have low internal resistance and friction coefficient, saving a lot of power. In addition, composite materials have a high friction (PV) limit value, and under water lubrication conditions, their friction coefficient is very small, making them the preferred material for wear-resistant products.
