Product Introduction and Features

Fiberglass support bars, also known as pull out bars, ventilation bars, etc., are a type of profile produced through extrusion technology using alkali free glass fiber impregnated thermosetting resin. They have the advantages of high mechanical strength, excellent electrical performance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and arc resistance.
Insulation braces can be produced according to different raw materials and processes, including I-shaped braces, right angle braces, flat angle braces, T-shaped braces, etc. They are mainly used for interlayer ventilation and cooling of dry-type transformers, as well as for use on reactors and wave blockers. Product advantages:
1. Pultruded fiberglass support products can be used as insulation structural components in high-voltage electrical equipment (such as high-voltage switches, transformers, capacitors), as well as insulation components for antennas, overhead poles, and overhead wires in communication equipment. They can also be used as engineering pull rods in coal mines and mine tunnels, lifting rods on grain machines, oil field pull rods, non-metallic optical cable support rods, and organic composite insulator core rods.
2. Pultruded products have the following characteristics of high mechanical strength: due to the use of unidirectional fibers with a content of up to 70% as reinforcement materials, pultruded products have high tensile, late resistance, and compressive strength.

6. Chemical resistant pultruded products are made of inorganic fibers, and the adhesives used – unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin – have excellent chemical resistance. Therefore, pultruded products are also excellent chemical resistant substances.
7. Good application processability, wide applicability, customers can freely design cross-sectional dimensions. Pultruded products can be formed in one go according to user requirements. Products with different cross-sectional shapes and lengths require accurate dimensions, small tolerances, good surface smoothness, and do not require mechanical processing. They can be directly applied and are very convenient.
The basic components of fiberglass I-beams are resin and glass fibers (including cloth, felt, etc.). It is reinforced with fibers (including glass fibers, carbon fibers, organic fibers), crosslinked with resins (mainly epoxy resins, polyester resins, phenolic resins), and supplemented with other auxiliary materials (mainly mold release agents, curing agents, catalysts, sealing agents, UV light stabilizers, mold cleaning water, adhesive coatings, etc.). It has a series of excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low specific gravity, low moisture absorption, low elongation, and good insulation.
